Description

NodeMCU is a IoT Module based on ESP8266 wifi Module. NodeMCU uses Lua Scripting language and is an open source Internet of Things (IoT) platform. This modules has CH340g USB to TTL. It is based on ESP8266 and integates GPIO, PWM, IIC, 1-Wire and ADC all in one. It includes USB-TTL and plug&play. Has 10 GPIO in which every GPIO can be either

PWM, I2C or 1-wire. The best thing is this is just a low-cost microcontroller with a couple of bucks couple of US dollars you can get a microcontroller which is a 32-bit along with the Wi-Fi capability.  There are plenty of power pins so if you want to connect additional sockets you can have this 3.3 volt and almost four ground pins there on the board. So you can easily plug in this esp8266 kit does not MCU on a breadboard and connect to external circuits like LED switches motor display or any other peripheral devices.

Dubbed as “Witty Cloud”, the ESP8266 Serial Wi-Fi Witty Cloud Development Board ESP-12F Module, is a compact ESP8266-based module that is made of two stacked PCB boards connected by a pair of 8-pin headers.

The upper board is the main board which consists of an ESP-12F module – where ESP8266 Wi-Fi microcontroller is located, an RGB LED, an LDR, a button, a micro USB port, and a 3.3V voltage regulator. The lower board mounts the CH340G USB-to-UART module that allows connection with a computer to the ESP8266 for programming the flash or for seeing debug messages. There are other two buttons RST (reset) and FLASH, and a micro USB port.

The main Witty board can operate stand-alone, once the firmware is ready for your project. The bottom CH340 board can be separated and used as a USB-to-UART stand-alone to program other modules. Witty Cloud module can be programmed with Arduino IDE or with LUA as NodeMCU.
